Centraltower Interstate Center is a hypertall skyscraper proposed for construction in New York City. The project was announced in December 2009.

Standig 1,171 m (3,844 ft) tall it will be the tallest building in the world upon completion and surpass the Burj Dubai which stands at 818 m (2,684 ft). At it´s completion date, Centraltower Interstate Center is considered the worlds tallest structure ever built. The tower will contain 275 stories of residential and office space.[1] Upon completion, the skyscraper will house the highest observation deck in the world on it´s roof at 917.7 m (3,011 ft). The buildings pinnacle height is reached by a 254 m (833 ft) spire. Construction is expected to begin in late 2010. Smith & Boldrow, based in New York City, developed the project. The building is scheduled for completion in 2017. Construction site is located in Lower Manhattan near Battery Park City. A contractor is currently not found to built the buildings superstructure.[2] A team of architects of Smith and Boldrow designed the building.[3]

The building slightly resembles the old World Trade Centers Northtower.

^^^ No way this is getting build, Perhaps somewhere in 10-20 years? and C'mon the design is way to simple.

That picture is just one of the Ken Gardner twin tower models circa Trump endorsement with an elongated spire.

Hello guys. This nice building was designed by me. And yes, it has a twin. Origianlly it was planned as a building in a computer game. I designed a lot of buildings, this is the tallest.

My friend put it into Wikipedia, but the artcle has been deleted.

And if you estimate the number of windows, either every other floor is windowless, or every floor is 10 meters tall.

I am currently working on a website for the proposal. Letrs see. Every floor is about 3.3m tall. I dont know the number of windows, I guess it´s about 100.000 per tower.
