Good scale but why have it so far back from the road?

The old building that used to be there was set that far back, except it was for parking out front. I always thought it'd be nice as a parkette with patio seating for some restaurants.

Main & Hughson Tower

So I've always wished the lot at Main & Hughson had a tall tower developed there. I've made a few renders in the past, but never placed it on a Google Street View to see what it would look like.

This is just a rough mockup.....

Rendering is mine.

Hell yes. If the lot at John and Main was developed, that park in front of the Courthouse would feel like a real urban park.

I've always loved the park in front of McMaster - that corner needs some height.
