In 2007:

Stockholm City
+12 278 to 795 163
Stockholm's County
+31 412 to 1 949 516
(this is almost half the total increase of Sweden)

Göteborg City
+3 745 to 493 502
Malmö City
+4 557 to 280 801
/Malmö and Göteborg metro areas aren't the same as the counties they're in, so can't do quick stats on those.
