Look forward to seeing this and other cranes (11 West, Art Tower) bump up to full height soon. Looks like they are all on about the same point in their progress.

Sorry not the best pics but thought I would upload these because we haven't had an update in a while. Taken yesterday morning.

Nice, glad it has made it past the "hole in the ground" stage. What's the new black building in the background of these photos?

Thanks for the update! Really hoping we can eventually get a live stream like we had for PAW. It was so cozy back in 2013/2014 checking that everyday.

Core at 3 stories

Podium and pillars now on all sides, starting to feel large, which this building will be given floor area > Park Avenue West(background) even though both will be 460'.

This is gonna be a huge presence for this part of downtown. I have always wanted to see a tower on this block ever since I moved to Portland back in 2003. So happy to finally see it happening.

Between this tower, the new 24 story condo going up near here here as well, plus the art tower at 20 stories, this area will feel dramatically different in a few years

Pic from today. Soon, these pictures will no longer be from above the work as this tower reaches for the sky.

Looks about 1 story in. I figured they’ll knock out a story a week?

Not with post-tensioned concrete construction, no. The project will be under construction for another two years according to Google.

Thanks for all the great photo updates y'all! It's great to watch this rise. Seeing the progress of projects like this really is a bright spot in my online life these days, and I bet I'm not the only one. Hoping for a webcam at this site maybe in the future...
