Another new Division building.

That block on the north side of Division, between 32nd and 34th, is ~750' long; something you don't see in Portland often. I wouldn't want a whole city that was like that, but it makes for an interesting variation in our urban form, where there's room for four apartment buildings (so far) on a single block face.

I haven't looked into it but I'm curious what's going on with the multi modal trail here. Seems like it would be a lot more successful if they brought it through the middle of the site and used buildings to frame it rather than taking it around the edge. the way it's shown it just looks like a discreet place to get mugged.

Landon Crowell is submitting a new and much larger development for his Ankey L-shaped lot.

While not extensive, WW has a recent article about the struggles to develop this lot.

This version of the design looks really good, I also like the amount of 2 bedroom units, though some more 3 bedroom units would have been nicer had they been able to keep the building the taller height that was originally proposed.

It's great to see the old Safari's finally being redeveloped with much needed affordable housing with lots of family housing within the building. These kinds of developments is what Portland needs more of to help increase the amount of available affordable housing.
