Valleywise Health Medical Center

This 10-story, 200' tall big boye came up recently in Phoenix Development News. For being only 10 stories, it covers 672,000 sqft of space.

It will come at the expense of the existing tower formerly known as Maricopa Medical Center/Maricopa Integrated Health System main hospital but be much, much larger.

Everyone likes cameras so here's the cameras and backstory for this project.

Again thanks for the information. The old hospital is very dated, so looking forward to watch this project.

Couldn't help but notice the penthouse looks to be around 60' or so. Is there a possibility they may add additional floors in the future? Seems to be a lot of extra height for an elevator shaft.
