Maconahey - great updates.

Downtown Dallas could have a uniquely modern skyline with the addition of 5-7 600-1000ft towers.

Anyone got anymore information about this? Sounds exciting.

"Harwood International recently filed plans with the city of Dallas to build a 40-story tower between the Harwood District and Victory Park.

Called Harwood No. 12, the 1.055 million-square-foot skyscraper will straddle Caroline Street.

The tower would have retail at the lobby level, 14 parking levels, an amenity level on the roof of the parking garage, 23 office levels above the parking garage and an observation deck/sky lounge at the top.

"That will make it the tallest building in Uptown," said Harwood International's Jessica Young Reid. "We are actively discussing the building with potential anchor tenants."

When completed, the Harwood District is estimated to be valued at more than $3 billion — about the same as Plano's much-touted Legacy West development.

The proposed tower would straddle Caroline Street near Field and Harry Hines."

Developer Trammell Crow heads to Plano's Legacy park with plans for high-rise office campus

Steve Brown, Real Estate Editor

Developer Trammell Crow Co. is seeking approvals to build a huge office campus in Plano's Legacy business park.

The planned business development would be more than 1 million square feet with four office buildings between 12 and 25 stories on Legacy Drive, just west of the Dallas North Tollway.

The 18.5-acre project is across the street from the $3 billion Legacy West mixed-use project and the former J.C. Penney headquarters, which is being redeveloped.

Fort Worth urban apartment developments

Recently Completed, Trinity at Left Bank adds 337 units to the Left Bank neighborhood between downtown and West 7th.

And a new 285 unit mixed use project just broke ground at Hemphill and Jennings in the Near Southside

It's nice that Dallas is able to complete a freeway cap, such as the Clyde Warren Park. Here in LA, we just talk about such impossible feats!
