And again, thank you for all of your pictures, timbad! I always look forward to your updates.

Here is the best development map I have found for Mission Bay, only problem is that it is from 2015 so it may be slightly dated.

Nice update, timbad!

Also, I found some clearer/bigger renderings of Block 23 on Mark Cavagnero's site.

And this may have been discussed, but what is happening east of Block 23 in front of the park/quad?

I've been living in the neighborhood since 2011 and I've seen changes, but wow ... it's like night and day.

from this weekend's walkabout...

this notice announces the impending demolition of the old warehouse behind it. this would be something of a milestone, as I think it would be the last building remnant from Old Mission Bay to be removed.

the streets between the roundabout and the Commons have been striped just like Channel, so it does seem like we are getting closer to having these opened. here looking south across the western end of the Commons

and east

the westernmost Commons parcel has seen a little activity itself (looking west)

the new sidewalks on Nelson Rising Wy have turned the corner to meet Owens

all can be seen in the Rutter views, as well as UCSF's expanded temporary childcare facility

the Exchange

UCSF housing in Dogpatch, north...

...south

work on Terry Francois next to parcel P24. I read in a UCSF update recently that PG&E would be taking down the powerlines on the west side of Illinois soon, so I'm hopeful that will also happen here before too long. don't know if this work is related, however

the projects on the east side of Third: (r-to-l) UCSF, Chase Center, and Uber

Uber itself

UCSF parcel 23 (Neurosciences)

showing where UCSF's parcel 23 is (crane on left) in relation to the work on Third

Three Corners

peek at Chase Center through UCSF campus

looking east down 16th from Fourth, with UCSF hospital work on right

edit: forgot this one too: Uber as seen from Nelson Rising Wy on UCSF campus
