Very similar podium to the Brad Lamb project 6th and Tenth in Calgary. Glad to see him venture into Edmonton as well.

Yes, very similar to 6th and 10th indeed. Looks pretty solid.

^Looks good. I'm not crazy about the podium color. It's not bad in itself, but it doesn't go with the tower portion.

Other than that, the tower looks good.

It looks like a combination of 6th & 10th, and Orchard.

Just saw pricing and floor plans, ~490-530/ft for most.

Floorplans are decent, but column locations poor in some units/areas.

Very Toronto

Noticed that the interiors were actual pictures. Probably from one of his projects in Toronto with the same specifications.

C2E reporting Jasper House with 92 units sold or about 35%.

Get ready for years of fuckarounds and delays from this snake oil salesman. If I never see a Lamb proposal in Alberta again, it'll be too soon. Has he posted yet that these are the best floorplans he's ever worked on?

For more info on this post, please see the Gotham thread in the Ottawa section or the 6th and Tenth thread in the global section.
