It looks like the transition from the office space to the hotel space is starting. The top floors will house the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences.

I took a skyline shot with this tower in it earlier this week when smoke from Canadian wildfires was in the city - bad air but good architecture:

It’s hard to believe they couldn’t have sold about ten more floors of condos in this thing. It’s nice, but begs to be taller.
