Yeah I pulled out about a year ago. At that time they said 24 months. That’s what they keep saying and they still haven’t done anything. I’m glad I pulled my money out and invested somewhere else. If this gets built I’ll be amazed. But in the interim I’d take my money and get something more guaranteed.

Any Updates on the Beasley Lofts project.
Originally completion was expected by fall of 2018. Now they are back selling Units with expected completion 2024?

In Spring 2017 we toured it as part of the last Architecture Crawl and were told it was 95% sold and 18 months away, which we found ironic because when one of friends had toured in late 2015-early 2016 they were also told that it was 18 months away.

It took me a while but I now understand why everyone called Harry a snake oil salesman when he came to town. I thought it was unfair at the time. Live and learn, I guess...

An obvious typo.

The Cannon Knitting Mills have been stagnant for awhile. It's looks like are they tying to sell Units now . What happen to the original units sold years ago? As usual, the latest drawings on on the website appear unrealistic. Is there anyway to put this project out it's misery?

Does anyone here believe that this will actually get built at all?

Stinson glory days are long behind him, 1 King street , Toronto and the David Mirvish deal, some sour deals in Buffalo. I don't have confidence in this development.
Some pre-Stinson ideas from Willowbank

I saw a sponsored Instagram post that a model suite is opening December 1st. Although Harry's projects are basically living proof of Zeno's Paradox so I doubt it means much.

We toured a model suite in this property in spring of 2017. We were told that 90% of the units had already been sold (without a single advert!) and that the entire project was 18 months away.

I was emailed a price list and some other information.
Is there a way to post it here?

Zmonkey - use a free image hosting site like imgur or whatever. Size the photos at a reasonable resolution/size and embed the photo in your post copying the image link & click the image graphic above, paste, voila.

Maybe. If he sells to a developer that actually develops most of the things they propose.
