Wow, looks like you guys weren't too bothered by any horde of tourists in Burgundy, eh?
Hopefully you didn't feel too lonely either out there. Lol.
You probably knew about what you'd find over there anyway. It is one of the most rural region of the country, with an economy widely based on farming, I think.
Not a bad idea to tour it, though. There's some cool medieval things and history as seen on your pictures.
Did you try their wines? They are some of the best in France at growing vineyards, but then of course, some local products may go somewhat overpriced, even when you're on the spot.
Oh well, glad you guys made it from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, NA up to the medieval hospital of Beaune, Burgundy, France, EU.
That's something, isn't it?
