This particular area is turning into a small pocket of increasingly vertical structures in a fairly short amount of time. At the immediate east end of the block is San Felipe Place (17 Floors / 2015). On the block just south, there's The Revere (7 Floors /2020) and Chateau Ten (6 Floors / 2015).

This and the planned Mimosa Terrace (7 Floors) on that latter block will definitely continue that trend.

Expect this Randall Davis building to be an architectural fustercluck like his other ones around town.

It would be nice to get weekly roundup updates on large projects here. I love HAIF but man do we really need daily update pics on projects that are barely moving dirt? Makes it hard to keep up with the threads.
