Great post! I love the Pearl District. It's amazing the overall good quality of the new construction. Here in NYC there's such a huge range between starchitecture and utter crap.

Wasn't this tap-dancing guy in the other recent Portland thread, I think by Sekkle?

Thank you - I thought so. But P1 went through the most areas. The plug? Ah sure, I felt it was only fair considering your thread was so great and I didn't want it to get pushed aside by another portland thread.

Hey...haha I took a lot of shots but I think I enjoyed myself quite a bit, in fact I think the photos coulda turned out better if I was more concened composing the shot. Maybe next time I'll have more of a balance .

Wpg: Hah! Portland is a beautiful place so it was a pleasure to photograph.

Brandon: I actuallly heard some Portlanders say there wasn't that much that had changed from the previous years comparing previous years like 2007-2008, 2006-2007 I guess.

Great stuff EE. Wow, I'm blown away. The Pearl District looks fantastic. This was a great way to end the set, and you have really convinced me I need to go to Portland. Great photos, and great commentary as well.

I liked set 1 the best. Don't know why. I just think it had the best shots.
