Ah. I think I remember it now. Was it a blue office tower with a slight curve to it?
It's the next phase and residential tower of BLVD Place.

I had heard St. Luke's was going to shrink to grow. New building, fewer beds. Not sure what will happen with the existing property.

Are these going to be spread in different parts of Houston?

FWIW, "Landmark Tower" was part of the caption - not the name of the tower. It works though. That was the one that I was hoping would break ground before any other residential project at the site. Hanover Post Oak isn't turning out half bad though.

I think it's a scam. There is no way they can deliver on a 30+ story building in a year.

Mid Main mixed-use development to break ground soon

The office portion of Mid Main, a mixed-use development in Midtown, is slated to break ground as soon as preleasing is complete, Transwestern said June 2.

Houston-based Transwestern is in charge of finding office tenant(s) for the eight-story, 203,316-square-foot, Class A office building at 3501 Main St., which is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2016.

The office building’s 545-space parking garage will include 9,716 square feet of high-end retail space on the first floor. Houston-based Lewis Property Co. is leasing the retail space.

Houston-based RHS Interests Inc. is developing the mixed-use project, which will also include 363 multifamily units and a 773-space parking garage.

I forgot all 7 of the Uptown Park towers, as of today that makes 126 highrises in Houston city under construction/proposed/on hold (in Ashby's case).

I got back to Fort Worth from Houston today. The Crane is coming down on Hanover Place, but the crane is up for the Belfiore. Construction in the Galleria is looking busy, busy...

I think they ruled that construction can proceed but I don't think they have restarted yet. They probably will release a date for their expected restart or has it already started?
