Second fetish is monstrously large pre-wars that stretch across entire blocks. One of my favorite NYC highrises that nobody seems to care about is London Terrace. It's hard to find these things on Google though since they aren't famous, so I'll usually have to find them by happenstance on Google Maps 3d:
