Sears Tower

Request to update the Sears Tower diagram to include it's glass floor. Plus any new blow up diagrams would have to reflect that.

This place has an affinity for attention to detail, and plus it would be more than noticeable on the blow up poster.

Great photo's!

Sears Tower - my favourite skyscraper. Only seen it once, very briefly, when waiting at the O'hare airport on the way back to England after a stag weekend in Vegas. Even from there the building looked awesome, completely dominating the scene. Must sort out a visit to the windy City and get a proper look!

From this side, Chicago is so flat. I suppose that may be an illusion due to the fact the Sears tower is so high. Are there any viewing platforms facing downtown Chicago and do you have any pics?

If you are referring to the lack of high-rises, that's because its facing to the west, the one direction that the Skyline doesn't go. If your referring to the topography, then yes, Chicago is completely flat. There is another observation deck on the John Hancock Building that has stunning views of downtown. Huge picture:
