Some heated off-topic discussions that shouldn't have been discussed, well not in this thread. So I had to do some cleaning up.

Yeah it's been tough. Thanks for doing that.

The latest documents I'm aware of describe 2 underground parking levels, but it sure looks like they're digging deep enough for a third level

In this photo judging by the backhoe in the background they must be 4 parking levels down! This is pretty deep.

Little did we know this project was just a farce, and the developers are really digging to the centre of the earth!

20 agonizing months of digging later, they're finally reaching the bottom. They also have a crane foundation dug out. One of the workers told me they're 50 feet down.

Pictures this afternoon.

50 feet doesn’t seem right to me. Looks around 3 levels - 4 at most. That’s 30-40 feet.

If you want to see a deep pit go look at what’s happening in Burlington. The 3 big condo buildings going up in the downtown area all have 5-6 level garages. I think one of them may even be 7 levels.

Imagine how annoying it would be to have a parking spot on. P6! Talk about a dizzying car ride looping out of the garage.. when I lived in Toronto we were on P3 and that was more than enough!

I was reading the plans for Concord Canada House in Toronto the other day, there are three parking spots on the 9th floor of the podium! If you're assigned one of those you might just be the unluckiest person around.

Does anyone have up to date site elevations for this building or the PDF outlining parking and such? The old postings here I could find back are in an error status.

Concrete now poured around the base for the crane. I would expect it to be up sometime in the next couple of weeks.
