^ That is quite possibly hot, tho. The thin reflective spandrel glass looks like a win on those renders. Besides, loggias à l'italienne almost always look much better than balconies. No wonder that's the usual choice to those condos.

So true. We are lucky that the city of Montreal actually imposes loggias rather than balconies on promoters. I hate wrap-around balconies on condo towers, no matter how fancy or convoluted they try to be.

Ça ressemble à ça... Quand ils ont coulé le béton la semaine dernière dans la section du haut de la courbe, on pouvait voir que c'était en pente...

Je viens de réaliser pourquoi la rampe du stationnement est placée là... On voit sur le modèle 3D qu'il y aura un chemin entre les deux tours, d'après moi l'entrée du stationnement sera là...

Nous avons une 3e grue sur le site!

Et vous remarquerez qu'il y a quelques pépines de moins...

De même que les foreuses pour le dynamitage... Je crois qu'on n'entendra plus de booom avant quelques mois, si l'Avenue creuse aussi profond...

BTW, at this url, the image is about 2x as big as the one above (normal H.264 stream) and if you pick Quality stream, then it's 2x again! (larger than my monitor which is 2048x1152)
