Mike's Auto Glass should definitely sell and move, though. I don't see why they don't sell, and buy a nicer place in a busier area such as down on 13 in New Castle.
Also, I have to say that the River Tower is starting to muscle out the rest of our skyline. It's really turning into a powerful dynamic of the skyline, especially from 95 north.
