I wouldn’t understand why! There are substantial crews working daily on this project and you can clearly see the progress. It might not be proceeding at the pace you would like but it is steadily progressing.

The yellow durorock that was visible on all 4 sides on the top 15 floors 2 weeks ago is almost completely covered now. They have also been doing utility work daily on Juniper street and progressing on the first few floors each day I drive through the area.
