NASHVILLE | Circle South | 418 FT | 30 FLOORS

The first renderings of this proposal from Lincoln Properties were found and dropped on Friday for this potential 30+ story office tower, with a later phase roughly 34-floor, 330ft tall residential tower adjoining the development. The site is the southern pie slice around the roundabout where Korean Vets meets Lafayette St & 8th Ave South in the SoBro neighborhood.

The tower will consist of 535k ft of office space and 15k of retail space on the ground floor. The design review and request for height variance goes before Metro planning on May 28th. No timeline for groundbreaking has been given at this time.

They'll just have to limit the number of bars near this thing. Otherwise, you'll have a whole lot of people falling over trying to figure out if the building is leaning or if it's just them.
