...with the benevolent face of Can D Man smiling down on the project! Seriously though, construction seems to be in overdrive. Every day it looks like there are major additions to the structure. Guess it shows what can be done when you have the Richardsons backing a project.

A lot of commercial spaces don't have basements, plus they're expensive. And they're unleasable. If you don't need it, why build it?

Just figured because of the type of building it is, which will have robust, advanced HVAC and mechanical systems, would make sense to locate in a basement. I don’t care, was just curious.

Those labs must be wildly complex if this is estimated to take 3 years, building seems to be moving along quite quickly.
