When I watched Dumb and Dumber, I was impressed by its tiny little downtown skyline when they were on highway left city for Aspen.

In 2011 I was lucky to have a few 20 minutes something passing by downtown Providence while driving from NYC to somewhere suburb in Boston.

I believe Providence skyline still looks the same from 1990s to 2011 to 2020.
