Unfortunately we just hired someone for the empty office on the east side of Two Liberty so I can't take over the shots.

Break the ice, and enlist that someone or ask for permission to snap a few shots here and there

I love the W product, and can wait to stay there one day. But these lower floors seem to show very large room layouts. Do you think those markings on each floor really represent to area of each room, with the markings being the general wall boundaries? I may want to try out this Element product first...

Anyway, I finally got back into the city, it's been a while, and noticed you could see the crane from Penn's Landing.

Also, I can't help but ask, looking at the building's back, are there going to be rooms facing the Ritz Carlton? That wouldn't exactly be a good view from the room...

^there are rooms on the far left. The small square windows in the middle are most likely elevator lobbies. Windows you can look out while you wait for the elevator.

Not sure what I think of this cladding...hopefully with the glass it comes together and looks good.

It is 100% consistent with the renderings on page 1. Take a peak if you want to see how the materials work together at minimum.

I have seen the renders, of course. I walked by in person today too. I'll need to see more cladding and how it comes together in reality. Material choice and how light hits matter. There's a reason we have the term "render porn." Still, it looked decent in person.

My reply sounded somewhat confrontational but I promise it wasn’t. For now we can only dream of what the real outcome will be but I’m glad we aren’t getting surprised with a cheap material substitute at this stage. I do like the light grey/blue look. Not radical in color scheme but at least the design is a little radical.

Come on guys...this is a well-designed looking building and the materials used are very good. I would say well above-average as a whole. Any dislikes on the materials at this point is a matter of preference and really de minimis.
