I think it looks like a modern interpretation of a 1940's cantilever based, Modernist design. And I like it a lot!
I'd really like for Buzz to go ahead and break ground on the park, sidewalks and streetscape and construct the shorter office/retail building, while he waits for the economy to rebound before building the tower.

look : WOW , the most originaql I've seen in a decade location :it will fill in a major gap along the 'Auraria/Downtown pedestrian traffic corridor' i keep hearing about.
