That's the view from the end of my gf's street, taken this morning. Found it cool at first but now I've gotten used to it. The view is actually nicer just down the hill from there, i.e. the spot where the ferry crosses, because you're quite a bit closer. I should do a little tour of Old Lévis one of these days, it's actually pretty nice (I'd consider it underrated).

That building? To me it seems pretty typically West Coast Urban for the very late Victorian period and early 20th. At first sight, there's nothing THAT weird about it... Retail at street level? Normal. That corner door with the corner cut on the first floor only? Quite typical too.
