Yes-Most of what I've been working on thus far are the neighbourhoods immeaditely outside of downtown. The core of downtown will be on the other side of ther river. A lot has changed since my last post...
Central Green, the city's oldest surviving park.
City Hall is the tower on the left. It was completed in 1929 shortly before the Great Depression, which rendered plans for leaseable office space obsolete as the building sat empty for nearly 30 years. It was built on top of the original City City City Hall, which was constructed in 1898. Shortly into the Financial Crisis of 1999, a public works project created a new green roof on top of the old City Hall, providing a few hundred unemployed with jobs and a green aspect to an otherwise inefficent building.
Mason St., a touristy shopping district.
Just off Mason St. (seen behind the small green building) is the transition to the historic Rowhouse District. In the Rowhouse district are countless small, intimate plazas, like the one seen at right. In the distance, the CityBeacon stands as the tallest in the city since its completion in 1949.

A basic overhead shot. Downtown will be near the top of this photo, the rowhouse and entertainment districts to the lower right, the convention centre at the bottom and the warehouse district to the lower left.
The windowless, concrete building is the City City Central Mechanical Output Complex. It houses vents and fans for the sewer and subway systems, as well as gov't computer control boards and phone boards. It rests upon two smaller buildings, built as part of the project, and the tower spans a street. The two smaller office buildings below compromise the brutality of the structure by offering public green roofs adjacent to the controls tower.
To the right one can see one of the smaller buildings:
