Instead of starting a new thread given Australian projects aren't very popular on this site (go SSC! ), I'll include details of this newly realsed 65 Story project by Raptis to be built close to Circle on Cavil and Q1 in Surfers Paradise. Designed by Buchan Group. Still awaiting council approval. Estimate hieghts 195-210m to roof, 230m to spire. This is the "ANA tower" mentioned in my post above.

I love the Gold Coast and South East QLD. It is so stunning and beautiful and they certianly do have a skyline to compliment that.

Gold Coast is in the Southern Hemisphere. It's in Austrailia, mate.

I believe he means Miami = Northern Hemisphere Gold Coast = Southern Hemisphere. Hence, Gold Coast is the southern hemisphere's equivalent of Miami.
