Wow, I agree, I was thinking the same thing too. I've been thinking it for a while but I never really wrote or told anyone about it. That's why I never make balconies on my designs instead I think it's better to make a room with almost all four walls closed with glass. Kind of like a den.

Good point. Well, I don't have a clue about this sort of stuff and didn't take it into consideration. Looking at some other tower's designs I see this now. For example, the pentominium's top floors still have balconies but they're sheilded.
One tower sticks out though. This one is well under construction (above ground) and has massive balconies at the top.

I also think it's probably too thin since the thin side is only 40m compared to the total height of 534m.

Well I don't know about the other two but safety should always come before money. All the stressed out rich people sometimes like to commit suicide and a dead body in Dubai wouldn't look good. Aren't there massive wind storms in Dubai in winter?

Here are some better renders which show how I want the building to look like. The first is too blue, the last two are better. I want it to be pretty silvery with a tiny bit of blue.

Wow, those renders are amazing! This reminds me a little bit of Ocean Heights except taller.
