In addition to the obvious dewberry 10th & Peachtree, the block east of midtown station (the bank and whatever that building is to the west of the surface parking- Savi and Margaret Mitchell are good to stay!) and juniper from 11th to 12th could use some nice infill

It looks like they are starting the retail / office portion soon. This scaffolding wasn't here yesterday:

While I’ve always thought that midrise portion looks ridiculous (at least from the Peachtree angle), it’s going to be nice having more options along side streets!

When that construction elevator went up I figured it meant they wouldn't start on the offices until the tower was finished. I don't know how they can connect the two with that in place, but I guess they'll work around it somehow

Pretty sure 7 or 8 curved floors are already in place and I believe there's only 20 curved floors total. It will certainly dwarf metropolis.

If it turns out a nice as the renderings, I think its going to look great. That block of course will continue to look incomplete as long as it is a surface parking lot.

Just walked by and it looks like they are craning the crane bits for a heightening right now

EDIT: they are just storing them on-site, it seems

They are raising the crane, for sure, right now. It looks like they are only going to lift it 4 segments (it looks like a segment is 10-15').

You can watch it live here: https://video.nest.com/live/IidWSYHUI9

How the hell do you work with those views. If that was my casa, I would pull the sliding glass doors open every mornin' - butt naked - stand on the porch/hands in the air and say, "Hello My People" to all of the citizens of Midtown. And YES I know I have issues.

This building will definitely have some nice height to it. I'm figuring somewhere between Spire and Viewpoint's heights.

Isn't it 28 stories? Spire is also 28 and viewpoint is 35 I believe
