Nope. Ventana is if this is Spectre (167 North Green for Focus).

They got a new construction building permit issued last Monday for the rest of the building - core and shell. Previously they only had the foundation permit. Does it even look like the foundation is done?

Maybe they were waiting for the entire thing so they can just construct straight through without any potential delays?

Judging from their other locations I wouldn't get too excited about the design...

Crazy that they just pulled everything. Not even surprising though considering one of the alderman has been trying to block this thing from being built for like 5 years.

Good call, sox. This is from their website. It's a bummer that this will be manufactured in China but Ventana does good work so thats a bonus. Also I just saw on their website they'll have One Chicago too.

Just had my first trip to the second city. Very impressed. You guys have a lovely, vibrant city. Lovely architecture and bustling streets. Italian food is where its at! Could not have had a better time. Vista Tower is looking lovely. Stayed at the Radisson Blu at Aqua...stunning tower. Signature Room was amazing at JHT. And everyone was soooo friggan nice. My friend who has been to NY even commented on it. Cant wait to return.
One thing...its COLD....HAHA. Im not used to that, but it was fun.
A true American city!
