Not everyone will agree, but I think this project turned out very nice. It definitely added a level of style to the Schuylkill waterfront. And the Giant is awesome.

Agree 100%! It adds balance to skyline view from 76 Eastbound. And it pulls your eye away from the hideous low-rises, such as Edgewater.

I actually liked this design MORE than the weird cubist design that came before it. Even if I wish this was taller, this is really good for the Philly waterfront.

I wish the southern tower was around a third taller than the northern one. As is, the difference is 4 or 5 floors?

I really like this development. It has a pinch of Vancouverism thrown in too. And i think it fits in perfectly. Maybe its a precursor to more vancouverism styled developments around the city. That would be interesting to see imo

How tall is the tower planned next door? Is that similar in height or taller? I really hope its 5-7 stories taller then riverwalk but i really dont know

303 feet for 2301 JFK (shorter than the Riverwalk).

I wish the taller tower would've eclipsed the PECO Building in height, oh well.
