Picasso isnt based of anything. I made it by accident.

yoyoyo! thanks for all the commentary

some big news.

Bigish news #1
James tower was given a 90 foot hight increase to make the final hieght just over 1000 feet, making it the cities tallest to roof.

Bigish news #2
I redid this complex, but it look like its missing something

ok,here's the really huge news,
San felix is getting a completly new grid! Ive basiclly starting the city over.

it would include
1 More detailed lowrises.
2 every single building would get a minor makeover.
3 almost All street detail would be removed. tree however, would stay. this will mean a smaller file size.
4 the skylin will be a little bit less dense, and be fatter than the current one.
5 the grid itself isnt the old, boring sqaure after sqaure like it is now. each block would have a different size and shape.
6 much more detailed waterfront
7 The Canal/river area will ba added back in,also with more detail,it wouldent have worked with the old grid.

all in all this will take allot of work, the results will be a drastic improvment over the current.

thanks for reading!

It all sounds good austin. Looking foward to it. I like that complex being that it resembles my favorite office complex in the World (the WFC).

Perhaps it's missing something along the line of the Winter Garden. You can cover the open ground spaces between the buildings with glass, and place tropical plants/trees, retail, and dining inside.

Yeah, it snowed last year. It's snowed every Winter since I came here in 2000 except for 1. But it snows at least 2 days a year. Now snow in Texas, that's weird. But it's snowing pretty hard right now.

So Austin, do you have an idea of how your city will look like (or what city you want to base it off)?

Shazam! The brown octagonal building looks like a taller version of the tallest building in Boise!
