I was not in the office today as I was with the principal developer and his wife as they are buying a condo here as he will now be here pretty much weekly.

I thought you were calling me so I could take you through everything?

I’m there for a half day tomorrow.

Then off on Wednesday as my mom is here. But happy to meet with you onsite Thursday or Friday.

I’m happy to even schedule a time when the developer is there in case you want to directly address your concerns to him in person.

The project is happening. And the developer is willing to add protections for you in your agreement stating that with deadlines.

Would love to have you be a part of it.

Yeah. While the track record on this project is horrible, it’s pretty ballsey for him to offer to put you in contact with the developer if it’s all a lie.

Walked to WF today, still jammed with the lunch crowd. But nothing new on Opus, nor did I see the construction trailer.

The mini construction trailer, as it was described, is close to the edge of the hole at the back of the property. From what I could spot from my car, it has the words "mini mobile" on it.

As of today, they planted a tall flag at the construction trailer. Monday I saw people walking around the hole on cell phones for the first time in months
