Projects and Construction now main Europe forum

You may be wondering what happened to the photo and general discussion threads, but don't worry, they're all still here but the order of forums in the Europe section has been flipped.

Projects and Construction will now load as the primary forum, and general discussion, including photos, is now a sub-forum of Projects and Construction.
