AUSTIN | 311 West 7th Street | ~40 FLOORS
This one is going through Austin's Historic Design Commission for approval at the moment since it'll be expanding on an older building.

The plan is for 35+ floors atop the Masonic Lodge in downtown Austin. The tower shown is about 40 floors, and seems to be around 550 feet judging from its neighbor.

We're running low on land for CBD development due to zoning and all the Capitol View Corridors. So we're going to see more demo and stuff like this.
