Awesome! You seem pretty knowledgeable in this field, based on what you know what can we expect to see happen there next?

I have zero knowledge, I just work nearby and have seen a lot of this first hand - interpreting from what I have seen and from chatting to various crews on the sidewalk :-)

Yeah thanks for the info! Me and my dad did the same thing, albeit much smaller scale when building our deck.. it's like deck building mass scale

Pictures taken Monday, sorry for the delay in posting. I can confirm they're still working on this site, though, and they're taking advantage of the extended 10pm construction cut-off, working right up to it.

Picture taken Monday. They were still working on this project, it seemed.

Making progress on the interior (see light fixtures)

A follow up to my previous posts... Here is a picture of the columns after they shaved all the concrete off of them.

I'm really curious to know when this will start going above ground!

And this one is a little more recent. They appear to be drilling interior columns now.

Looks like they are *finally* excavating here, and appear more or less at the bottom. Hopefully we should see a crane soon?

I don't mind the look of their YC condos.. cuz it looks beefy and substantial..

..but most of their designs just feel big for bigs sake and kinda intimidating looking. Lago's entrances just feel.. unnecessarily high.

Their residences of college park project shows they are at least CAPABLE of traditional commercial/residential grade elevation facades..

just a little lift and shift - some great examples on how Liuna could help King/Hughson/King William with those lowest three floors, would be great to see mix of residential and commercial.

HUGE development - I was down there today and now there is a GIANT hole maybe 2 or 3 car widths wide in the wall going into the olympia club below grade. I am thinking that it may have been an existing entrance covered up as there is a massive steel beam above the entrance and it doesn't look like the sides were disturbed to put it in, which makes it very interesting..

it's on the wall just above that silver car in the middle where those rust coloured lines intersect on the wall. I didn't have a camera with me or I would have taken a pic - thus using an old pic for reference.

Please stay on topic. All opinions are respected (well, at least for me). However, it's best to avoid any current events/political discussions. I loathe having to delete posts as I like to take a hands-off approach, however, I know it's been a challenging year; trust me, my mental health hasn't been well this year, so please let us coexist and share our love of Hamilton.
