Unfortunately, nothing has been completed there. It's a vacant lot. The original design for the new building:https://www.tishmanspeyer.com/proper...north-franklin

It's a preservation tragedy- The Chicago Mercantile Exchange used to be here:

glad we're getting downtown investment but that corner of the loop/river does not need any more blue glass, no matter how nice the finish is

Yup. 130 NF. All the red structures in my model are for proposals (or recently started sites)

What do the green, grey, and purple represent?

I'm going to guess green is under construction, grey is a topped out building, and purple is proposed?

Close.. red is meant to be the only color for proposed. Purple is for "if i had just one wish"...LOL!

There are probably a few sites that I haven't updated recently (like WPS/Salesforce), so sorry if any colors are throwing folks off.

Some other kinda silly things, I used a model of "The Conservatory" for One Chicago, the "Waterview Tower (111 W Wacker)" as WPE. etc... so please don't take this too seriously.

^ That's some big steel work! (Pales in comparison to NYC's HY towers, but still..)

I also like how the V bracing continues around the entire structure. Didn't expect that on the East side. Very Nice

This one is getting really interesting.

It looks like with the V bracing they are going to have to have to put the steel for a floorplate below an already partially constructed floorplate.

I made it back over there for a couple minutes Thursday afternoon. The sun wasn't working in my favor, but the steel erection is flying on this one:
