Given the purpose of the building, I think expectations should be tempered a little. I don't doubt it will look better than before though.

The showcase for the west harbour redevelopment will be Pier 8. Improvements to buildings on the periphery are good, but that new stuff will define the neighbourhood.

The park has to happen first from my recollection. I'm curious when the park it going to be started/completed. I haven't seen a new timeline despite being nearly a year behind schedule.
