Sounds like you are trading up. Is the fireplace wood burning or gas? Nothing beat a real wood burning fireplace, but gotta love the convenience of a gas fireplace. Outdoor space is good. I'm waiting for the Laurel...LOL. Maybe we will run into each other at Monk's unbeknownst to each other.

Thanks. There is the ability to have a couple. Probably gas, but one might be able to be wood burning. Trying to figure that out now with the building architect. The Laurel will be wonderful, but too rich for my blood! This is almost 1,000 more square feet for $1 million less than what I could have gotten there. Monks OR we could all try to make this skyscraper meetup at the Four Seasons bar happen...

Do you really think it is smart to broadcast exactly where you will live on an internet forum?

With the dork-quotient on this forum, I'm pretty sure he'll be fine.

Thanks for the link
The 2nd panoramic gives a nice view of several other projects, including the east side of the W.

I have to admit, I really like driving down Market St. now at night with all of the "electric" billboards...kind of like our own mini-Times Square.

Is the new stuff already in? I walked down Market yesterday and it was still only the ones at 11th and 12th?

I mean I guess you could worry about people breaking into your house but that's not what I'm talking about. With truly your exact address (you even said which condo you'd be in) people could find out all kinds of personal information. The potential exists for someone to cause you all kinds of trouble without ever stepping away from their computer.

It's nice to be trusting, but this is a terrible idea.

Hell has frozen over, the Wendy’s at 15th and Chestnut is closed. Apparently there was some fire.

No, new ones are not in yet as far as I know...either way, still a big improvement on that section of Market compared to five years ago.

The cameras (Noam215) show half a dozen sets of brackets. Some apparently
still being installed, but no screens yet.

Shocked face. Bunch of emojis not on this site. Wow. For better or worse, I guess they'll be back before too long, though...

He got another opportunity to show off what he can afford so I'm sure it was worth it

Lets all say a prayer for Wendy's speedy return, bigger and better; maybe with an expansion into the lobby of the soon to open "W" complex.

That could be the best performing Wendy's in the country. It is ALWAYS packed.

I'm told that it IS the most profitable Wendy's in the country by people who work for Lenfest. They worked behind the scenes to get it to move down the street so Wells Fargo could face the hotel, but there was no way it was leaving or vacating its lease early. And it has a very longterm lease. Not sure when it ends but not for some time.

Well, I'm not surprised. I'm sure most of it's visitors have their laptops open to skyscraperpage.com. Isn't this where we have our weekly meet ups (while waiting for the Four Seasons to finish up)? Personally I enjoy their large selection of single barrel bourbons.
