MIDTOWN l Novel Midtown l 14 Stories l 14th+Spring l 12 stories

This project needs a separate thread.

339 residences in Novel Midtown tower.

310,000 square feet of office space in 14th+Spring tower.

840 space shared underground parking.

Both buildings to have retail/restaurant space at street level.

Delivers summer of 2022.

My guess was they are trying to get the office portion to street level first before they move forward with the residential portion.

The office portion is now at street level. Maybe we'll see more activity in the coming weeks. This baby hasn't moved upward in weeks.

It looks like the construction thus far has been exclusively on the parking structure for both the residential and the offices. This reminds me of Hanover West Peachtree where they used a similar construction process for the underground parking.

Are there no vertical concrete columns in there at all?
Even though all of that metal structure is interconnected (erector set style)- I feel like you just push that mass from the side and it would all fold.
