Chicago really is an underrated skyscraper city. It’s just so beautiful at so many different angles. It doesn’t look bad from anywhere. And the Vista, when the light hits those curves, I MEAN WOW, Studio killed it. It gives a whole new texture to the skyline. This one really is the gem of this boom.

From everything that was posted it will not be lit up.

It will be dark otherwise it will be a bird killer for birds that migrate north and south.

Also there are some obscure city rules explaining why it should never be lit up.

I am sure the lawyers that post on this website can explain it in law language for the average below PHD level folks.

Redfin shows 179 units are pending/under contract out of 396 total units. So about 45% sold.

Im wondering if they will wrap the pillars and ceiling with glass or if they will put some sort of screen around it. I think it wouold be cool if they did that type of side that they did on the Gr333n parking garage. Also wondering if they will do some sort of lighting in between the glass and concrete of the mechanic floors up top. Kind of like Hancock, just a stripe or two of lighting, even more cool if it's changing led's.

^ Sweet view, love how noticeable the color gradient is. That shot just makes me more excited for One Chicago, it will be between OBP and Vista and rise to the horizon in that view, considering its 100+ feet taller than OBP and way closer.

I've learned my lesson to not take pictures with a backpack on... holy tilted image galore

Can't wait to see what this looks like in a year with lights on inside:

I also saw them filming the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie too!
