Very cool! Or well not cool that it is another glacier that is melting, but very cool picture.

When I was a kid we went up there for the '88 Olympics and I remember Banff was one of the most amazing places I saw as a kid. We used to summer up in NW Montana and over in Victoria, BC. So I was used to a lot of that kinda environment. But still it was a very beautiful place. I haven't had a chance to go back, and have heard that both it and Glacier National Park down in Montana have melted a lot. Very sad. Kinda rather remember it how I remember it from when I was a kid. =)

This hummingbird has been visiting our feeder every weekend for the last month and a half. It's almost like clockwork. We have the feeder hanging right outside the living room window in the backyard. I'll be sitting here on the computer sometimes and see it fly up. I've stood up and gotten ready to take a photo, and it actually flies up to the window and looks at me. It's the craziest thing.

I love the hummingbird shots! I have a hummingbird feeder but they don't come around, they must have better places to feed.

Night lights.

We were out in Southwest Austin last night. It's outside of the city. We saw a buck and a doe across the parking lot. This was all I got. lol

wow I love the ewe eye and the leopard eye!
I don't know what happened to that poor buck's nose in my pic above, but it wasn't bloody or scabby so maybe the black pigmented nose skin was coming off? it looked kind of gross up close, but it didn't seem to bother him and he ate the plums with no problem.
