When comparing the render I see 14 more levels plus mechanical on top of what is already built. This beauty will loom large and be in charge of the SW quadrant/lake front post card shots. I also like the contrast that is emerging between this tower and The Independent.

It just struck me that this is the last open spot on Cesar Chavez. After this one is done, all of our towers will be away from the lakefront. With the exception of the Rainey insanity, of course.

While not a tower to be built, the old water intake structure for Seaholm will be re-done someday. Small fries by comparison, of course.
