I spent a few hours here the other day. Went for dinner at Lang on the Water, walked down the new commercial corridor on Winston, and spent some time on the beach. It was really enjoyable.

Other businesses have opened and there are a few more opening soon. Once neighboring developments are complete, this is going to be a great community.

Damn this turned out fantastic, if they attract the right restaurants and boutique stores to this little strip they will have a hot little destination on their hands. If they attract dentists and doctors offices then that will be a wasted opportunity for this area.

It’s mostly tenanted, at least this part. There’s a couple of restaurants but also a bunch of typical crap retail units.

There’s more retail coming on the north side in Odyssey and the hotel redevelopment though, so still more to come.
