Glad you all like .

I see Aleks,
There is plenty more to come.

Aleks' old lot no 3 is available in the 3D warehouse along with 9,10 for the taking . http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehou...fc25fbc65c8a36

I am doing more shots now but i need to put cars and more trees, people etc for close ups . i wouldn't mind filling the last 3 lots + CGII's Lot 1 before that though .

-Just a note, , also for the noobs

* All lines will be turned off in the pics , some models have used lines to divide floors etc . From now they must be a filled with color instead of the line -

* All designs must be hand drawn using only plain materials/colors found in the Sketchup materials library

* All faces must be 'white' not purple/blue before adding texture/material/paint color - Purple/blue means the face is backwards and it wont render properly - *Right click the purple/blue face and choose 'reverse' from the dropdown list

* No 3D trees - If you find a tree that performs well go ahead and use it .

Wow, looks a little empty to the right and left. We need more buildings. The picture looks great but why does it look all funky yellow?

That picture looks great, nice to see it all coming together.

I would like to give a lot a shot when you guys move on to a more low-mid rise district. I'm not much for skyscrapers.

More Lots! im looking at the transit map,it has alot more to go. the grid should start developing early

Ok. Let's please stick to this thread only for comments/compliments and we can use the other thread to talk about city planning, blocks, transportation, all that jazz.

I agree with all the above

Now many shots are available , Kerks new editon renders really fast but still it takes an hour to export .

I can do a whole heap of unrendered shots if youse like

HOLYY $$%^@##$%^%@@#EQA#@#%T^DAS

That rendered shot looks amazing! So so so realalistic, whos sexy sculpture is that? It just brings the whole scene together.

Mo, Could you do like a rendered aerial of Downtown maybe closer up? Or a skyline shot from a distance again
