Well what ever is going on the fence was open and their was a car parked in the lot. This was as of yesterday...

Perhaps, but a more likely scenario is that they're going to do 1 of 2 things...

1. Move the start date some more... because nobody is signing on...

2. Shelf the entire project.

No, they've had cars involved with Hensel Phelps (General Contractor) and the surveying firm involved with the project on site since it seems they may have been doing assesments and measurements.

The fence is still up.

Hmm, well i guess we just have to wait. At least the fence is still up, cause if it came down, then that would be really sad...

According to the newest downtown Houston development map, 6 Houston Center (#15) may once again be in the works.

That is clearly a conceptual design. i wouldn't put much stock in it until we see more detailed renderings.
