I was downtown last Friday and walked past on Washington. This building really does soar above the river.

I do hope the bridgehouse gets some love and new paint once construction has wrapped.

If they would light up the up/down setbacks on the west side this thing would look amazing at night. I was expecting alot out of the crown of riverpoint at we got nothing, so I'm not holding my breath for this one.

It's funny how, as a building rises, my thoughts about it can change the higher it goes. When this was proposed, I was super excited. The initial excavation and first few floors were awesome. Lately, I am less and less impressed with this one. It's ok. B+. There are some elements I like, but it is super boring on 3 sides. I like the height and the river plaza. That's about it.

Now Wolf Point East, that's another story, I love that building more than I thought I would.
