I am glad that you guys enjoyed those animated thumbnails copied from the YouTube site! But strangely, when I checked my post (#858 on page 43) just now, they were no longer working! I discovered that YouTube automatically changes the URLs for those thumbnails periodically, probably daily. So I updated all the links to get them working again, although they will most likely stop working again tomorrow (*SIGH*). If you viewed them yesterday, you may have to refresh your browser to load the updated thumbnails.

I hope you are correct that construction will speed up once it goes above grade. Many skyscrapers being built elsewhere in the US can often add a floor every week or two. I would be happy if the Hudson Block can add a floor every 1 - 1.5 months, which should allow it to top out by late 2022 / early 2023.
This article from last month says that the block is "expected to be completed by the end of 2023, and the tower, or skyscraper, by the second quarter of 2024", although I suspect the latter forecast is overly optimistic.
